Driving Directions
- Exit #167 from I-70 and head South
- Turn right at the second roundabout south of I-70 after FirstBank onto W Beaver Creek Blvd
- Turn left into Beaver Creek West. Sign is a little hard to see but not too far past the flashing stop sign
- Pull up to the concierge office on the left - you will need to get a parking pass from them
- They can also help with shuttle info and pool access
- If you arrive after the office closes, please check in with them in the morning for a parking pass before you head out
Parking
- Unit is opposite the check-in office. D-2 is on the second floor
- Park anywhere you want near the elevator
- Luggage carts are inside near the elevator
- You must register each vehicle at the BCW Front Office at arrival or by 9 AM next day if you arrive after office closes
- Up to two cars allowed for guests
- Properly display parking pass in vehicle - vehicles not registered will be towed at guests' expense
Door Access
⚠️ You will receive the door code two days prior to check-in.
Your door code is the last four digits of your phone number.
For longer stays I recommend using the Yale app to unlock and lock the door with your phone. You have received an invite but feel free to ask me if uncertain.

🔥 Heating Systems
⚠️ IMPORTANT - Heater Safety:
- The heaters work very well - GO SLOW! It will get too hot fast
- The heaters will burn blankets, melt ski boots, and burn furniture if items touch them
- Keep the ottoman and bottom bunk blanket away from heaters
- Please be very careful!
The home has multiple heating systems:
- Baseboard heaters: Four units throughout. Front entrance and bedrooms have controls on them. Living room heater controlled by thermostat above the lamp.
- Radiant floor heating: In kitchen and bathrooms with touchpad controls on the wall.
- Gas fireplace: Automatic. Thermostat is above the living room heater thermostat. Please turn to cool when you leave the home.
📺 TV & Entertainment
Cable TV: 80+ channels including movie and sports channels. Press the TV button on top right of remote to return to cable.
Roku (HDMI 3): Press Input and select HDMI 3. Aim remote at Roku device, not the TV. Includes:
- Disney+
- Apple TV+
- Netflix
- Amazon Prime Video
- Other streaming channels
Pool Access Code: Turn to Channel 3 for the pool access code. Pool towels are provided in the basket under the hutch.
🎵 Marshall Bluetooth Amp
Speaker available for music via Bluetooth or cord. Push the pair button on the device and pair on your phone. Please be reasonable and respectful of your neighbors.

⚠️ Kitchen Items: The non-stick T-FAL pots/pans/skillets cannot go in the dishwasher and must be washed by hand. They are very easy to clean.
🗑️ Trash & Recycling: The trash dumpster is near the check-in office in the larger shed. Recycling is there as well. Do not leave any trash in the unit or near the elevators.
🏊 Pool & Recreation
Pool, Hot Tubs, Sauna, and Tennis Courts are available. Please review and follow all posted rules:
- Children under 12 must have adult supervision
- NO SMOKING/VAPING, NO GLASS CONTAINERS, NO LOUD MUSIC
- Do not disclose the pool code to non-guests/non-residents - violation could result in loss of amenities and/or eviction
Recreation Center: Two buildings over with lazy river, climbing wall, steam rooms, saunas, large gym area, and classes. Day passes are very reasonable.

🚌 Transportation
Beaver Creek West Shuttles:
- One shuttle takes you to Beaver Creek
- Weekend shuttle to Lionshead at Vail (limited availability)
- Please reserve with the front desk immediately if planning on skiing Vail with the shuttle

Buses are FREE within Avon, Beaver Creek, and Vail.
House Rules
General Rules
- Be kind. Be the neighbor you would like others to be. Keep noise levels reasonable, especially in the evening and early morning.
- No smoking/vaping anywhere including the patio (including marijuana) - except at designated bench location
- Please keep skis and boards on the hooks in the entrance only. Boots as well please.
- Keep items from touching the baseboard heater. They will burn! Be diligent with the ottoman and bottom bunk blanket.
- Have fun! 🎉
Noise Control
- Do not do laundry, run dishwasher, or host loud groups between 9 PM and 8 AM
- Turn off the bathroom fan when not needed (they are very loud)
- Remove outdoor boots at front door, avoid running/heavy footsteps/jumping in unit
Balcony/Patio
- Non-smoking/vaping area
- Do not leave towels or clothing draped on railings
- Keep area clear of clutter
- Only propane grill, outdoor table and chairs permitted
Pets
Pets are not allowed. Service dogs must:
- Be registered with BCW Front Office
- Have waste picked up and disposed of properly
- Be on leash on property including walkways, stairwells and elevator
